Preferred home replaced my hot water heater today. The technician was Parker who showed up in a big way by being professional in performing his job today. They were able to move the hot water heater from a crawl space to my basement. During the job today they found the reason I had low water pressure and fixed it. Ask for Parker...he will do an outstanding job. Highly recommend Parker from preferred Home Services. You will be glad that you did.
