Our water heater went out, we are seniors in a senior community with hearing disabilities... Preferred Home Services saw to our needs..allowing us to contact via text/email..even helped with our chosen payment method.. Will Smith explained what he was going to do..gave us two estimates..being on a fixed income we had to go with the lowest estimate.. Electrician was professional and had a deep understanding of proper diagnosis. After diagnosis, he provided simple clear answers for the issues and how to resolve them. Technician provided in depth explanations regarding how system functions, possible causes, and proper repair procedures, though I above average understanding of electrical principles. I’m so glad they were recommended to us; from the time Logan came til the install was completed by Lucas, Anthony and Dakota , full satisfaction. They worked very in our small attic and were the politest people we meet. This is different the company you will not regret for your home A/C system.
