Great Service. Wesley Frierson was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was thorough and pointed out some concerns that could have had ended up being an emergency situation if he had not come out to do an inspection.

Our technician - Adam Kelly was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained what he would be doing at each phase of the maintenance. He found a problem and brought it to our attention and provided options for handling the problem. I would like to request Adam for all our future maintenance calls.

I am extremely satisfied with the Removal & Install of a New Tankless Water Heater. Darian Did A GREAT JOB Of Removing Our OLD Tankless & Installed A Navien 210A2 Inside Our Garage. Darian Spent 10 hours doing this Job that tells me he takes Pride in his work.... After Darian Removed The Old Tankless He Replace The On & Off Switch With An Outlet & Installed A Hot & Cold Water Faucet. Which I Thought Was Fantastic.. Im Sure My Home Is The Only One In The Neighborhood With An Hot Water Faucet Out side The Home.. I would Definitely Recommend Preferred Home Services. Thank you Darian For The Great Job.
