He even helped us get through that hurdle as well. He got us an easy payment plan and found a rebate. The installation of the tankless water heater was done with care. I have used Preferred Home Services a number of times. This time was for a water leak which turned out to be from the outside. Antonio did an exceptional job checking all my sinks, toilets and showers which were not the problem.
After installing a water pressure regulator
he referred me to another company that had equipment to find the source of water problems in the walls and floor.

John did a great job today tracing a line to one of our outdoor Ring flood lights/camera and resolved the problem quickly. He also replaced an outdoor gfi outlet that had been wired backwards.

Today 9/14/2026 we had our regular scheduled hvac service. Our service technician, Griffin King accomplished the service and explained everything in terms that I understood. He is professional and very personable. There was an issue to address and he completed this and discussed all system checks that were completed. We highly recommend Preferred Home Services for your HVAC service.

Cleared backup sewage; ran new gas lines for the gas dryer hookup; and installed an outdoor tankless hot-water heater!!!
