We could not have been happier with our experience with Preferred Home Services . Our technician (Chris Crawford) was a joy to work with , explained every detail of the water heater installation and answered thousands of questions from my husband 😂

Ended up having issues with our hot water, they came out the same day that we called to try and diagnose. Thought we’d fix the problem within that day sadly we still weren’t getting all hot water and needed a new Water heater, Garrett and Matt came out the next day did fantastic work and got hot water going again. Highly recommend giving them a call. They worked with us on pricing and got the job done in a timely manner.
