What a great experience and an amazing product. After 17 years with Waldrop we are happy to be with Preferred Home Services and we feel like the customer matters again and we are not just a means to end for profit. By comparison the Waldrop-built A/C we had installed only lasted 6.5 years and was the wrong size for our house (1200 BTU unit for a 800 BTU space…how do you mess that up?). Also the customer service was night and day, as well as the competence of the technician when compared to Waldrop. Thank you all so much!

The schedulers call and set up a date for my hvac, plumbing and electrical inspections and when the day comes they cancel all or one of them. They have no regard for the customers time. I had an electrical inspection already today. The plumbing inspection has been canceled and rescheduled. The hvac is still on for today. We'll see. The young man that did my electrical inspection was very nice and professional. I think the installation for 5 fire alarms was overpriced.

Awesome customer service! Adam Kelly did a great job with our AC maintenance service. He also provided understandable information about our system as well as getting us signed up for a service plan that will keep us on top of inspection and future maintenance needs.
