My service person arrived on time. He was pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and gave me excellent service. He was here to drain my hot water tank.

I called on a Saturday, and they had someone come out the very next day. Jacob was our tech and he was incredibly thorough, explained everything, worked quickly, and cleaned up after. Preferred’s pricing was fair and their customer service and techs are great. A brand new water heater wasn’t necessarily on my list for this weekend, but they made it as painless as possible. I would recommend them any day.

Jesse did an amazing job fixing a previous plumbers bad work. Also installed a expansion tank and brought everything up to code. Was a pleasure working with them, fair pricing, would recommend 👌

A little mix up on the time frame for arrival, but the service and tech were excellent!

Our AC unit broke. It was a rare & weird problem. After discussing options with the service tech, Ricky, & his management team (thank you!) we decided it was best to replace our unit. Ray C & Andrew did the install. Left work area clean, protected flooring. Good communication on how it went. Showed me work when complete. Appreciate all.
