Our air conditioner broke about 3 weeks ago. We were to busy to get it fixed right away. We put a shout out on Angie's list and they were the first ones that called. Everyone from the initial evaluation, project manager, and installers were so nice and pleasant. Will definitely be using them for other needs as they arise.

We're new Preferred Home Services Customers, but we'll be regulars for a long time. We had an 18 year-old HVAC unit in a downtown condo we'd recently purchased. Of course it decides to fail on the Friday before a long holiday weekend. PHS had a tech out to assess within hours, and we had a new crew arrive 1st thing Monday AM to replace the entire unit (Inside blower + outside condenser). Every member of the PHS team was thoroughly professional and I'm very glad I reached out to them first. Highly recommend!

Another great experience with Preferred. Good communication, and quick response from the scheduler. The tech, Ola Tackett, was knowledgable and was able to diagnose and fix my issue. May have to upgrade my unit so I don’t see them as much. lol. Would highly recommend .
