Brian and his team did a great job working until 8pm to make sure we had water for the night and back at it early the next morning. When a problem came up they just said we going to fix you right and didn’t try to up charge. I thought the price was high until I experienced the service! Thanks guys

You CALL THEM when you need the job done right, done efficiently, and done professionally. They show up when they say they will, you get a text with a picture and info about who's showing up. They are respectful of your home putting on shoe covers, every time. They explain thoroughly everything they see and what they are going to do. Plus, they don't make you feel bad when you ask a lot of questions or when you ask for them to explain things further. Furthermore, they put a guarantee on their work! Nick Baldini has come out to our home for 2 separate issues and he is Outstanding!!! Hawk came out aswell to assist on one of them I can't be more pleased with both of them. Ask for these guys, you won't be disappointed!

Tech was fast, nice, and thorough.

Had a minor plumbing issue and called Preferred. Easy to schedule and they arrived when they said they would. Joe was our plumber and he explained everything and got the problem fixed in short order. We are very happy with PHS!

Austin Henderson was a technician who came to my home today. He was very professional and he provided me with clarity of the work that could be done. In addition to that, he provided me with a full range of services offered by Preferred Home Services. He also verified the pressure on my waterline and informed me that the regulator needed to be replaced. He provided me with a number of options, all of which I was grateful for. Should we choose to work with Preferred Home Services, I would welcome having Austin be the technician to do the work.

I've been a customer for a few years after bouncing around other providers. They consistently provide quality and professional experiences and I feel they genuinely have my best interest in mind. After a number of years avoiding the inevitable, we finally came to the point of needing a full unit replacement.

The installation process was seamless and clean, with overly tidy touches and thoughtfulness from the installation team such as rodent prevention guards that could have easily been overlooked. New system is operating as expected and I trust Preferred to maintain the system for years to come.

This is the 2nd time LB has come out to help diagnose/repair problems with our HVAC system. He’s knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Each time he has offered a fair assessment of the problem and straight forward estimates for repair.

CHRIS HARBIT was an absolute GODSEND!! We’ve had a water leak for about 4 months I would say. We’ve had at least 5 people come out to assess it and told us it was a slab leak which would have cost us at minimum $8000. Chris came out and listened to our concerns and actually assessed the situation and found a leak in the INSIDE!!! This man fixed one leak and found another and this second one gave him some challenge but he never gave up and finally found a solution and it was fixed!!! I can’t tell you how relived and so full of gratitude I am. Thank you thank you so so much!!!

Every technician Ive had out has been prompt, knowledgeable and friendly.
Today's technician, Tony, did a fantastic job and gave me informed options for how to solve my plumbing issue. I was completely satisfied with the work and will continue to utilize Preferred in the future.

Becca taught me a lot about HVAC systems and electric heating which are all new to me! She took all the time I needed and explained everything in detail. She did not push anything on me, but left the choice to me. Left the place clean after she was done! Good job, Becca!
